At ALOBORI, every order is handled with intention and care.

All orders are processed and shipped from the United States.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays).

Each piece is handled with intention to ensure it arrives as it should.

During limited releases or high-demand moments,
processing times may extend slightly.

Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location 


SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (if applicable)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions.


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders from time to time.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ALOBORI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, we recommend:

  • Contacting the carrier directly

  • Filing a claim with the shipping provider

We will assist where possible.


SHIPPING DELAYS

ALOBORI is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international orders)


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@alobori.com with photos of the issue.

We will resolve the issue promptly.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Taxes or import fees required by their country

These charges are not included in the purchase price.
