If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

EXCHANGES (RECOMMENDED)

We encourage exchanges to ensure you get the perfect fit.

  • Free exchanges within 30 days
  • We cover shipping for your replacement item

RETURNS (REFUNDS)

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.


STORE CREDIT (BEST VALUE)

  • Opt for store credit and receive a 10% bonus credit
  • No return shipping fee when choosing store credit

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following are non-returnable:

  • Limited edition drops
  • Worn or used items
  • Items marked FINAL SALE

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue

We’ll replace it at no cost to you


RETURN PROCESS

  2. We’ll approve your request and send instructions
  3. Ship your item back using the provided details
  4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund/exchange

PROCESSING TIME

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank
